This workshop is a Major Back Tune Up that will completely change the way you understand and manage back pain. In this workshop we will:
Review postural habits that can make or break the pain cycle
Practice how to soothe cranky back muscles with specialized Yoga Tune Up® therapy ball sequences
Activate, mobilize and stabilize your back, abdominals, butt and breathing muscles.
Retrain your pain: A whole new way to approach back pain and get your movement mojo back, safely.
Postural progressions (crawl, roll, sit, stand, sleep, walk) with a special focus on sacro-iliac joint care
You will go home with the tools and techniques to keep your back feeling strong, supple and pain-free.
This workshop is appropriate for all back pain sufferers as well as those who care for them.
