EvenFlow Yoga Teacher Training - RED BANK with Christian Valeriani Next held on Fri, Jul 3, 2015 at 6:30 pm - 10:00 pm
This enrollment runs from Fri Feb 6, 2015 - Fri Jul 10, 2015
At EvenFlow Yoga, our teacher training program is unique in that we are faithfully steeped in traditional yoga principles and yet maintain an eclectic, modern approach to sequencing and anatomy. We have three goals for our committed trainees: 1. To awaken your personal, spiritual practice 2. To gain a deeper understanding of the history and theory of yoga 3. To become a sound, authentic, and confident yoga teacher. These goals require work, dedication, and practice. Our program offers a process where you will unveil your true voice and this will allow teaching yoga to become a vocation of love and service. And, if your intention focuses solely on deepening your yoga practice, our process will enhance your relationships with yourself, your practice and others in your life.
The EvenFlow Teacher Training teaches a logical, yet creative approach to sequencing a Yoga practice.  You will develop a keen eye that recognizes proper biomechanics and  the ability to provide solutions for anatomical dysfunction.  The trainee will learn to use the teaching practice as a means of meditation, maintaing one pointed focus on how to help the student, rather than achieving selfish, personal goals. Be reminded, the yoga practice reminds us to be present. We are asked to embrace change and acknowledge that it is our souls that remain consistent, intact, and brilliant. The tools of yoga paired with our process at EvenFlow Yoga will guide you to access your fullest potential.

EvenFlow's teacher training is a six month program consisting of nine weekend intensives, select Wednesday and Friday evenings, and individual meetings that satisfy the minimum 200 hours required for proper knowledge.

Next session begins in February 2015 and commences in July 2015.
