EvenFlow Vinyasa: Classic EvenFlow that has been taught for 10 years. A dynamic moving meditation, linking breath with movement to heat and strengthen the body, quiet the mind and bring you right into the present moment. Each week we change our intention and sequence to keep your mind, body, and spirit growing, avoiding stagnation in your practice.
EvenFlow Hot Power Hour: Our Hot Studio is set at a comfortable 95 degrees (infrared heat, that is not oppressive). Our Hot culture is a series of poses that are held for at least 10 breaths, inducing sweat, power, and detoxification.
EvenFlow Warm Vinyasa: Warm Vinyasa Practice in a FAR Infrared heated space, 88-95 degrees. Innate to a vinyasa flow practice is sweat. For those who don't want the studio too hot, this temperate, warm practice is classic EvenFlow movement in a 90 degree environment.
Warm Active Deep Stretch: Akin to a Yin practice, our warm deep stretch class is perfect for those who are alternatively active, such as athletes, and suffer from mild to chronic muscle tightness. With the help of a warm environment, melt your tightness away!
Warm Chakra Tuning Vinyasa: Using mantra and Reiki, this warm practice is designed to align the Chakras (energy centers of the body) for spiritual, emotional, and physical balance.
Jivamukti: Whether you're a beginner, deciphering the difference between vrksasana (tree) and sirshasana (headstand) or an advanced yogi who can put both feet behind their head, the Jivamukti Open class welcomes you, as it is open to practitioners of all levels. A typical Open class incorporates the five tenets of Jivamukti Yoga: shastra (scripture), bhakti (devotion), ahimsa (kindness), nada (music) and dhyana (meditation) by presenting classical yoga teachings as relevant to one's life on and off the mat, drawn from the Focus of the Month essay, supported by chanting, breath awareness, flowing vinyasa sequences, alignment exploration, hands-on assistance, relaxation and meditation. All supported by a rocking soundtrack to move you deeper into the practice.
Yin: This is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures or asanas that are held for comparatively long periods of time.
